A road trip opened my eyes to the USA in October 1990, with 10 days in hand to deliver a car from Coast to Coast. The first Iraq war was ongoing and Rodney King was well.



















With a sense of wonder I'd stop at the most interesting sounding places and observe their offerings. Some had had films named after them some were the birthplaces of Presidents: Little Rock ARE-Kansas ( I pronounced that one wrong until I got there), Paris Texas, Death Valley, the list goes on it was all new and beautiful, like a dream.
